She also hired a photographer to take her photos for the competition. She hired a makeup artist to teach her makeup techniques. She hired a stylist to teach her how to walk and pose in front of a camera. She hired a coach to help her prepare for the competition.

      Preparation is Key

Allison’s morning routine is not just about physical exercise, but also about mental preparation and self-care. “I also make time for meditation, reading, and journaling,” she said. “I find that these activities help me stay grounded and centered, and they give me a sense of calm and clarity that I can carry into my day.” Allison emphasizes the importance of setting goals and working towards them. “Setting goals helps me stay motivated and focused, and it gives me a sense of direction and purpose,” she said. “I use a planner to write down my goals and remind myself of what I want to achieve, and I also make time to review and reflect on my progress regularly.” Allison shares her experience with accountability, stating that she has a friend who is also working towards similar goals, and they support and encourage each other.

Allison’s competitive spirit, her ability to connect with her family, and her passion for dance have all contributed to her success. Allison’s journey began with a challenging experience. She had to overcome her fear of public speaking to participate in a local dance competition. With the help of her family and a supportive teacher, she gradually became more confident. This experience taught her valuable lessons about perseverance, self-discipline, and the importance of taking calculated risks. As she progressed in her dance career, Allison faced new challenges. She had to balance her passion for dance with her family life, which included her husband and two children.
